摘要
目的总结临床355例胆道手术的体会。方法临床355例胆道疾病患者，采用腹腔镜、开腹术式、胆肠吻合术、介入治疗（PTCD、ERCP、支架）等等；结果围手术期死亡0例，术中死亡0例，术后死亡4例，324例获得随访，296例症状缓解，术后残余结石10例，复发18例。结论手术或保守方式应当系统化、个体化。术前应详细了解患者的既往病史、目前的主要症状和体征，术前综合分析各种影像学资料，根据病情选择合理的胆道术式，可使胆道的治疗效果进一步提高。
Objective Summarize 355 cases of biliary tract operations. Methods Adopt methods of laparoscope, open abodominal, choleintestine shunt, intervention therapy （ PTCD, ERCP, stand） ; Results Zero case death during operation,4 cases of death after operation, 324 cases follow-up,296 cases symptom relieved, 10 cases remain stone, 18 cases recurred after operation; Conelutions Every patient should be evaluated individuational. Surgical doctor should know the details of history、symptom、imaging informations before operation,then adopt reasonable method.
