摘要
诸多临床试验验证了雌激素受体及孕激素受体对乳腺癌辅助内分泌治疗的预测价值。孕激素受体存在多种亚型,其中研究较多的是A亚型和B亚型。它们为同一基因编码,但转录水平有所不同。A、B亚型的氨基端分别由不同的氨基酸序列组成,这可能是造成A,B亚型功能差异的原因。PR-A过表达和HER-2过表达、较高的肿瘤等级、低分化属性、侵袭性表型、内分泌治疗效果相关。现对孕激素受体亚型在乳腺癌中的表达及其作用作一综述。
Many clinical trials have proved that ER and PR have predietabile value in endocrine therapy. Progesterone receptor (PR) have several isoforms , PR-B and PR-A are often studied. The two isoforms are transcribed by the same gene, they are different in transcriptional level. The two receptors PR-A and PRB are identical except that PR-B have 164 additional amino acids at the N-terminal B upstream segment. This may be why they are different in function. PR-A expression was level associated with HER-2 expression, higher G1/G2 grading, poorly differentiated character, invasive phenotype, effect of endocrine therapy. We reviews the expression and function of PR isoforms in human breast cancer in this article.
