摘要
保留乳房手术因减少手术创伤及其特有的美容效果而倍受推崇，近年来保留乳房手术在认识和水平上得到了较大提高。本文就保乳术治疗乳腺癌的适应证、手术相关问题及局部复发研究的最新进展作一综述。
Conserving breast operation is praising highly because of decreasing operation wound and specific cosmetic result. The recent years conserving breast operation is gaining the greater improving on recognition and level. Here I reviewed the latest investigative progress about the indication, the problem correlated operation and the part recurrence of conserving breast operation breast.
