摘要
介绍了一种用高速数字信号处理器(简称DSP)控制的电主轴永磁同步电机交流伺服控制系统.根据矢量变换和弱磁控制理论,提出一种高效精确的控制策略,并建立了电主轴永磁同步电机的数学模型.通过对电主轴各种运行情况进行计算机仿真研究,得到了接近最佳点的调节参数和一些重要结论。
This paper describes a high performance full digital servo drive system of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) based ln the digital signal processor (DSP). The mathematical model of spindle PMSM is set up. Furthermore, the precise current vector control algorithm is proposed according to the vector change theory and flux weakening theory. By the analyses of the computer simulation in various spindle motion couditions, some optimum parameters and important conclusions are obtained, which have practical significance to the drive system design.
