摘要
教育管理是影响教育改革发展的一个重要因素,教育管理是否科学,将直接关系教育事业的发展水平。双因素理论是现代人力资源管理理论的重要研究成果,为学校教育管理提供了现实的理论支撑。文章以最大限度调动和激发教师工作积极性和创造性为出发点,探索如何运用"激励—保健"双因素理论使教育管理走向科学。
Education Adminstraion is very important in the education refrom and development, and the sicentific administration has significant meanings for the education comse. The two - factor Thereoy, achieved from the Modem HR Administration Theroy, is the theoreti- cal basis for school education administration. This article, aiming at the stimulating the teacher's enthusiasm and creativity utmost, probes into how to unillze the two - factor( hygiene factor and motivating factor) theory to make the education adminstration scientific.
