How to Integrate Shares of Resources of the School Athletics and the Community Athletics

当前学校体育与社区体育的发展,在资金、场地设施、人员参与等方面都存在许多缺陷,难以满足学校教学和人们对体育休闲娱乐的需要。因而就目前体育资源的组织和管理等方面都亟需改革,让学校体育与社区体育"二元互动",探索一条人力资源、场馆资源、项目资源、信息资源、文化资源"五源共享"的双赢之路,促进资源互补、互动,使他们相互融合、共同发展。

The development of school athletics and the community athletics has many blemishs in the aspects of funds,facilities and personnel participating, and it is hard to satisfy school teaching and people＇s demands for the athletics leisure. So it＇s necessary to reform managment of athletics resources in order to promote the resources to repair with each other.
