有机肥料适宜种子生长的配比和敏感点的研究——以免水资源综合利用型生态厕所最终产物为例 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]根据种子发芽指数随肥料稀释比和培养时间变化规律,研究有机肥料适宜种子生长的配比范围和敏感点。[方法]利用豆秸秆和木屑形成体积比1:1作为生态厕所反应基质处理人粪便,对得到的有机肥料添加不同量的蒸馏水制成不同配比的肥料浸提液。将黄瓜、白菜、油菜种子放入含有不同肥料浸提液配比的培养皿,然后置于培养箱中培养24、48、60h,进行种子发芽试验。[结果]结果表明:在培养48h内,黄瓜、油麦菜种子生长表现出不同的肥料浸提液配比范围,其配比范围分别为1:(14.17~34.37)和1:(24.34~41.26)。由于肥料对白菜种子的毒性较大,没有表现出适宜生长范围。黄瓜、白菜、油麦莱3种种子生长对肥料浸提液的敏感点分别为1:22.30、1:20.90和1:33.80。[结论J该研究为进一步应用免水资源综合利用型生态厕所最终产物提供了依据。 [ Objective] The purpose of the research was to study the diluted proportion range and sensitive point of organic fertilizer fitting for seed growth according to the change law of seed germination index with diluted proportion of fertilizer and culture time. [Method] The mixed material of beanstalk and sawdust at ratio of 1 : 1 in volume was used as reaction matrix of the eco-toilet to treat human dejection and the distilled water with different amount were added into the obtained organic fertilizer to prepare the fertilizer leaehing liquid with different diluted proportion. The seeds of cucumber, cabbage and rape were put into the culture dishes with different proportion of fertilizer leaching liquid and then the dishes were cultured in incubator for 24, 48, 60 h, resp. [ Result] In culture for 48 h, the seed of euetunber and youmai lettuce had different diluted proportion range for fertilizer leaching liquid, with the proportion being 1 : ( 14.17 - 34.37) and 1 : (24.34 - 41.26), resp. The organic fertilizer had greater toxicity on the cabbage seed which didn't show suitable growth range. The sensitive points on fertilizer leaching liquid for the growth of cucumber, cabbage and youmai lettuce were 1:22.30, 1:20.90 and 1:33.80. [Conclusion] The study provide 'base for further application of final products of eco-toilet with comprehensive utilization of water-flee resourees.
