摘要
[目的]为盐碱化地区选择适宜的花卉品种及花卉生产提供理论依据。[方法]采用皿内培养法,以虞美人、紫叶矮株独头鸡冠花、红色大头矮株鸡冠花、桃红多头鸡冠花4种花卉种子为试材,分别对其进行10个NaCl浓度梯度的胁迫处理。[结果]结果表明:紫叶矮株独头鸡冠花、红色大头矮株鸡冠花耐低浓度的盐碱,其中,0.05%~0.1%的NaCl浓度最适宜2个品种种子的萌发,而虞美人、桃红多头鸡冠花不耐盐碱。[结论]不同参试品种的种子在发芽期的耐盐力表现出明显的差异。
[ Objective ] The aim of the research was to provide theoretical basis for selecting suitable flower varieties and flower production in saline-alkaline regions. [Method] With the seeds of 4 flower varieties including Papaver rhoeas, purple-leaf and single-headed dwarf Celosia cristata L., red bigheaded dwarf C. cristata, pink multiple-headed C. cristata as tested materials, by using plate culture method, the seeds were treated by NaCl stress with 10 concentration gradients. The seed germinations under different NaCl concentration gradient were determined and the differences on the salt-tolerance of the germinations among different flower seeds were compared. [Result] Purple-leaf and single-headed dwarf C. cristata, red big-headed dwarf C. cristata were tolerant to salt-alkall with low concentration and NaCl with the concentration of 0.05% - 0.1% were optimum for the seed gennination of 2 varieties. And P. rhoeas and pink multiplehead C. cristata had no tolerance to salt-alkali. [ Conclusion] The different tested varieties showed obvious differences on salt-tolerance in germination stage. The relativity between the salt-tolerance in flower germination and that in other growth stages needed to be studied in further test.
