摘要
简要介绍了Ac/Ds转座子作为插入序列标签的构建形式及其在植物基因组中的插入特点、影响Ds转座子跳跃的因素,并且对其在植物功能基因组的发展前景作了分析。
Ac/Ds transposon tagging method was a means for identifying and isolating gene fast. The construction form of Ac/Ds transposon as inserted sequence tag, its insertion characters in plant genome and the factors influencing the leap of Ds transposon were briefly introduced, and its development prospect in plant functional genome was analyzed.
