两种裂腹鱼含肉率和肥满度的测定

Determination of Muscle Contents and Relative Fatness in Schizothorax grahami and Schizothorax kozlovi Nikolsky

[目的]通过对2种裂腹鱼含肉率和肥满度的测定,为其营养学研究提供基础资料。[方法]对昆明裂腹鱼和四川裂腹鱼的含肉率和肥满度进行测定。[结果]结果表明:昆明裂腹鱼含肉率为83.70%±1.25%,肥满度为1.68%±0.06%;四川裂腹鱼含肉率为79.99%±4.14%,肥满度为1.73%±0.20%;性别对四川裂腹鱼含肉率和肥满度均有影响,但对含肉率的影响差异较显著而对肥满度的影响差异不显著。[结论]该研究为这2种鱼的营养学研究提供了借鉴,但由于标本采集时间较集中,数量较少,需进行进一步研究。

The objective of this study is to provide basic data for nutrient study through the determination of muscle content and relative fatness of Schizothorax grahami and Schizothorax kozlovi Nikolsky. The result indicated： muscle contents of Schizothorax grahami was 83.70% ± 1.25% and relative fatness was 1.68% ± 0.06% while the muscle contents of Schizothorax kozlovi Nikolsky was 79.99% ±4.14% and relative fatness was 1.73% ± 0.20%. Sex had effect on both the muscle contents and relative fatness in Schizothorax kozlovi Nikolsky, but the difference of sex effect on muscle content was fairly significant and the difference of sex effect on relative fatness was insignificant. The study has provided reference for nutrient study on both fish species, but due to the concentrated sample collection time and fairly few quantities, it needs further study.
