摘要
[目的]通过农业技术措施从源头上改善灰分、苯醇抽出物和木质素的含量,更好地利用竹资源。[方法]以1年生慈竹为材料,研究不同氮钾配比对慈竹灰分、苯醇抽出物和木质素含量的调控效应。[结果]结果表明:施肥处理慈竹的灰分、苯醇抽出物和木质素的含量与对照处理具有明显的差异。不同处理的灰分、苯醇抽出物含量均较对照有不同程度的升高,而木质素含量则比对照低。施肥处理后慈竹的灰分含量随K肥用量的增加而上升,受N肥用量影响不大。苯醇抽出物含量受N肥、K肥用量影响均不大。木质素含量随着N肥用量的增加逐渐降低,受K肥用量影响不大。处理N200K200木质素含量最低,其次是N200K50。[结论]对于木质素含量与灰分含量变化的协调,需考虑二者在慈竹生理上和利用中的重要性,设计更多不同肥料配比另作研究。
[Objective] The ash, benzene-alcohol extractive and lignin contents were improved from sources through agricultural technique measures so as to utilize bamboo resources better. [ Method] With l-year-old Neosinocalamus affinis as material, the regulating effects of different nitrogen (N)-potassium (K) proportion on the ash, benzene-alcohol extractive and lignin contents in N. affin/s were studied. [Result] The ash, benzene-alcohol extractive and lignin contents in N. affinis in fertilization treatment had obvious difference from the contrast treatment. Compared with CK, the ash and benzene-alcohol extractive contents of different treatments were enhanced to different degrees, but the lignin content was lower. After fertilization treatment, the ash content in N. affinis increased along with the increment of K fertilizer dosage, and was little influenced by N fertilizer dosage. The benzene-alcohol extractive content was little influenced by both N and K fertilizers dosages. The lignin content reduced gradually along with the increment of N fertilizer dosage, and was little influenced by K fertilizer dosage. The lignin content was lowest in the treatment with N200K200, and second lowest in the treatment with N200K50. [Conclusion] As for the coordination between changes of lignin and ash contents, the importance of both the two fertilizers in the physiology and utilization of N. affinis needed to be considered and more different fertilizer ratios should be designed for further study.
