摘要
在混凝土施工过程中如何对其质量进行及时有效的控制,是关系到混凝土工程安全可靠的重要问题,为此,本文提出了用材料分析方法快速推定机口砼强度,这是一种物理方法,它探索出了一种包括各种原材料特性影响,而又不干涉水泥水化反应进程的快速测强方法,可在混凝土初凝前测出28天期强度。这种方法是建立在“混凝土强度与灰水比成正比”这个经过数十年的实践检验的认识基础之上,采用正交回归的技术路线,其精度完全可以满足施工现场的需要。且工作量小,受环境的影响小。应用此方法还可调整混凝土的配方,达到节约水泥用量的目的。
How to control the quanity of concrete in the construction efficiently is an important question which relates to the safy and reliable of concrete project Thus this paper points out a physical method quick deducing concrete strength of the mixer outage by the material analytic method It includes the effection of all materals character in the concrete and determines concrete strength of 28 days before first solidify without interfering to the process of the cement watery reaction This method bases on the theory“concrete strength is propartion to the ratio between cement and water”and uses method of normal regression to satisfy the precision of construction site,using his method has little work and little effection by environment It is also adjusting the prescription of the concrete to decrease the amount of cement
