摘要
对于转子轴来说,裂纹的存在主要影响转轴的刚度,进一步影响转子的动力特性。对裂纹转子系统中现有的几种刚度模型进行简略的总结后,提出两种新的确定刚度的方法。新提出的两种方法与现有刚度模型的原理不同,确定的裂纹张开区域不同,从而得到的刚度也不相同。通过与试验曲线的比较发现,新提出的应力强度因子为零法能更好地反映裂纹转子的刚度变化。
For the rotor system, the existence of the crack on the shaft influences the stiffness of the system, and in further the dynamic performance. General stiffness models are summarized for the cracked shaft and gives out two new methods to obtain the stiffness. Because of the different theories among the general models and two new methods, the opening areas of the crack on the shaft and the stiffness of the shaft will be different accordingly. Through comparing with the experimental stiffness, it is found that the stiffness obtained by one of the new methods is more useable.
