摘要
斜盘式气动发动机是为满足特殊工作环境需求而设计的一种新型气动发动机,为了对该发动机的性能进行预测与评估,运用多刚体动力学理论对发动机的活塞、连杆、导槽约束机构等各组件进行运动学和动力学分析,在此基础上结合发动机气缸内气体状态模型以及负载模型,推导发动机的动力学仿真模型。根据动力学仿真模型编制仿真软件,进行发动机工作过程的动态仿真。建立发动机样机试验系统,并进行样机试验。试验结果与仿真结果的对比表明:这种新型发动机在工作原理和结构设计上都是可行的,所建立的动力学仿真模型是基本正确的,进行适当修正后可用于发动机优化设计。
The air-powered swashplate engine is a new-style air-powered engine which is designed for special working conditions. In order to evaluate the performance of the air-powered swashplate engine, the dynamic model and the other models such as the load of the experiment system are built on the base of the kinematics and dynamic analysis of the main parts of the engine such as the pistons and links, etc. The simulation of the work process of the engine is realized by the use of the simulation program based on the dynamic model. The prototype engine is tested on the experiment system. Experiment results show that the design of the engine is feasible and the simulation model is correct. The modified simulation model can be used in the optimized design of the engine.
