科尔奈的“九条原则”与我国农村卫生改革——黔江案例分析

Kornal's Nine Principles and Rural Health Reform in China—Analysis of a Case of Qianjiang

经过对东欧转型国家卫生事业发展的长期关注和研究,科尔奈与翁笙和在其专著《转轨中的福利、选择和一致性》中提出了转型国家卫生事业改革的九条原则。当前,我国也正处在计划经济向市场经济过渡的转折期,为此,该文将结合黔江农村卫生事业的发展与改革状况,对这九条原则在我国农村卫生事业发展中的作用进行简要分析。

Through long- term research on development of health service in transmitted countries in east - Europe, Komal and Weng Shenhe put forward nine principles of health service reform for transmitted countries. For China is in transmitted period from plan ecommay to market economy at present, combined with development and reform of rural health service in Qi＇anjiang, this paper analyzes the role of the nine principles in the development of Chinese rural health service.
