超分散剂改性滑石粉填充PP复合材料的性能研究 被引量:17

摘要 研究了YB超分散剂改性滑石粉填充聚丙烯(PP)复合材料的流变行为及力学性能。结果表明,复合材料的熔体质量流动速率(MFR)明显提高,且随着超分散剂用量的增加,MFR增大;复合材料的表观黏度随着剪切速率增大而降低;随着滑石粉用量的增加,体系表观黏度对温度的敏感性越来越小。滑石粉用量及超分散剂用量的增加对复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度以及弯曲模量都有一定的改善和提高,而对其冲击强度的影响则是先增大后降低。 The rheological behavior and mechanical properties of PP composite filled with YB hyper-dispersant modified tale were studied. The results showed the MFR of PP/talc composite modified by YB hyper-dispersant was higher than that of the composite in which talc was not modified, and the MFR got higher with the increase of the dosage of YB hyper-dispersant; the apparent viscosity decreased with the increase of the shearing rate, and with the increase of the content of talc, the temperature of the system was no more sensitive to the apparent viscosity of the composite. The increases of the content of talc and the dosage of YB hyper-dispersant were of benefit to the improvements of the tensile strength, bending strength and bending modulus of the composite, but in the case of impact strength of the composite, it would increase first, and then decrease.
