脱锻炼期间金叶女贞对冷冻温度与持续时间的响应 被引量:2

摘要 以1a生金叶女贞苗木为研究材料,通过设置不同的低温水平,维持不同的冷冻时间模拟自然界突发的降温环境,测定其成活率、生长量等指标。结果表明:保定地区温度降至-2~0℃时,不需要对金叶女贞进行防寒措施便可安全度过霜期;但降到-6℃则需要采取必要的保护措施。 In northern of China, Ligustrum vicaryi probably encounters the late frost in spring. The seedlings of one-year -old Ligustrum vicaryi were used to measure the performances, e.g. survival percent and growth after the treatments with different freezing temperatures and its duration, which was simulating natural environment conditions when a sudden decreasing in temperature is occurred. Results indicated that when the temperature dropped to a level that was higher than -2℃ in Baoding, it is no need to take care of them by using any practice for freezing proofing and they do not suffer from frost season; however, when the temperature droppedto -6 ℃ they are required to take some necessary protec- tive methods.
