核桃样本保存时间对DNA提取效果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 分别对保存2a、1a、4个月的核桃样品采用核沉淀法提取DNA,用核酸蛋白仪检测DNA纯度和浓度,并进行了DNA模板的电泳检测。结果表明:在一定条件下核桃保存时间过长,其核酸结构易发生改变而降解,严重影响了DNA的提取效果;但保存1a的核桃样品,DNA的完整性可与保存4个月的相媲美,效果较好。 Nucleus deposition method was used to extraction genomic of DNA from walnuts preserved for two years, one year and four months. Their concentration and purity were measured. The results showed that leaf of walnut could disintegrate if preserved too long, and the extraction of DNA was affected. While the samples preserved one year can be compared with those preserved four months, both which had a good results.
