从不动产登记制度的基本理论出发,结合我国目前房地产登记制度的立法和司法实践,以及我国目前已经修订了的《物权法》中对不动产登记效力的立法模式,说明了我国房地产权属登记的效力。

Started from basic theory of registration system of real property, the author illustrates the effectiveness of real estate right registration in our country combined with the legislation and judgment practice of real estate right registration system and the legislation pattern of real property registration effectiveness in ＂The law of reality＂ which has been mended in our country.
