From geography and climate, thermal environment and building energy consumption the present energy consumption situation of Lvliang are introduced. Combined with industrial situations questions existed in building energy consumption of Lvliang are analyzed in detail. Author points out that special planning should be compiled as early as possible in order to instruct and promote building energy-saving works.
