对公路养护管理内容作了介绍,并从员工素质、养护管理、养护机械的使用等方面阐述了提高我国公路养护管理水平的对策,以提高公路使用周期内的服务质量,促进我国公路的健康发展。

The content of maintenance and management work of highway is introduced. From staff quality, maintenance management, maintenance equipments and other aspects measures to improve highway management and maintenance level are proposed, in order to increase service quality of highway in service period and promote health development of highway engineering in China.
