化学镀钴硼合金工艺的研究

Study on the Plating Technology of Electroless Co-B Alloy

研究了以硼氢化钾为还原剂、酒石酸钠为络合剂的化学镀钴溶液,在正交化试验的基础上,讨论了镀液组成和操作条件对沉积速度的影响,提出了获得良好钴硼合金镀层的最佳镀液组成和操作条件。

A new bath solution for electroless Co-B alloy plating which used potassium borohydride as reducing agent ana sodium tartrate as complexing agent is studied. The effects of composition and operating conditions on the rate of deposition of Co-B alloy have also been discussed under the basis of orthogonal experiment. The optimum bath composition and operating conditions for abstaining satisfied Co-B alloy coating are prefented.
