摘要
对采集到的卵巢采取抽吸法、割破法回收卵母细胞,割破法得到的A级卵母细胞显著高于抽吸法。把有黄体和无黄体的卵巢卵母细胞进行培养比较,无黄体的卵巢卵母细胞的成熟率为84.33%,显著高于有黄体卵巢卵母细胞的74.32%。本试验中卵泡卵母细胞和深层卵母细胞体外成熟率均能达到75%以上,卵巢表面卵泡卵母细胞的卵裂率为54.76%,高于深层卵母细胞的卵裂率,但二者无显著差异。IVM时添加卵丘细胞、IVC时添加输卵管上皮细胞是比较理想的培养系统。
Aspiration and laceration were used to collected oocytes in the study. The average number of A grade oocytes collected by aspiration per ovary was significantly lower than that of laceration, but the average number of B and C grade of oocytes collected by aspiration were more than that of laceration. The maturing rate of oocyte collected from ovaries without corepus luteum were 84.33%, which is higher than that of the ovaries with eorepus luteum(74.32%) significantly. In this study, the maturing rate of both surface follicular oocytes and IO-oocytes were more than 75%. The cleavage rate of surface follicular oocytes is 54.76%, which is higher than that of IO-oocytes with unremarkablly. The ideal cultivation system could be obtained by adding cumulus oophorus cells in culture fluid in IVM period and adding uterine tubal epithelium cells in IVC period.
