阐述了构建高校博士后科研创新环境的必要性，本文就构建高校博士后科研创新环境的具体措施，进一步提高高校博士后的科研创新能力等问题进行了探讨。
This paper discusses how to construct the environment of scientific research innovation for post-doctors in universities. It discusses specific measures that should be taken and also ways to further improve post-doctors＇ innovativeness in scientific research.
