摘要
教学医院研究生干部与本科学生干部及其他高校研究生干部既有相同之处又有不同之处。因此,在选拔医学研究生干部时应遵循工作实践原则、量才使用原则、结构优化原则、“传、帮、带”原则,同时在进一步培养过程中,注重提高其政治、人文、业务、道德水准等综合素质,并辅以制度化与人性化的管理,以利于更好地开展研究生管理工作.为社会培养更多有用人才。
There are similarities and differences between medical graduate cadres in teaching hospitals and undergraduate cadres as well as graduate cadres of other types of universities. Therefore, it is very important to select medical graduate cadres according to four principals: practice, appropriateness, structural optimization, and "passing on experience". At the same time, during the process of further cultivation, importance should be attached to upgrading their political, humanities, professional and moral standards. Systematic and humanistic management should not be neglected in order to produce more useful personnel for the society.
