介绍了一种利用CO2硬化水玻璃砂型生产铝电解用阳极钢爪的铸造工艺，不但投资省，而且达到了环保要求，获得了较高的效益。
A casting process by CO2 waterglass sand is applied to make anode hook. There is no heavy investment in the process equipment and can meet the requirement of environment.
