摘要
目的观察银丹心泰滴丸对40例冠心病心绞痛患者血液流变学的影响及疗效评价。方法将80例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组,在常规治疗基础上,对照组40例加用复方丹参片3片/次,3次/d;治疗组40例加用银丹心泰滴丸10粒/次,3次/d,疗程4周,停用降脂及抗凝药物。结果治疗组的血液流变学各项指标的下降率、心绞痛发作的减少明显优于对照组。结论常规药物加银丹心泰滴丸对冠心病血液流变学异常的治疗具有促进作用,它可减少冠心病的危险因素,减少心绞痛发作次数,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yindanxintai diwan in treating angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia. Methods 80 patients with angina due to coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia were randomly divided into the control group （40 cases） treated with Danshen,which is a tra- ditional Chinese medicine, and the treatment group （40 cases） treated with Yindanxintai diwan three times a day on the basis of western medicine. Symptom of angina, electrocardiogram and blood-lipid were evaluated after 4weeks. Results The treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving angina,improving electrocardiogram and blood-lipid （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Yindanxintai diwan has significant effect in treating angina due to coronary heart disease and improving blood-lipid. It is suitable for the patients to take for long time.
