门诊不合格处方统计分析及其对策 被引量:5

Statistical analysis of unqualified outpatient prescriptions and its countermeasure

摘要 目的规范处方管理,提高处方质量,促进合理用药,保障医疗安全。方法对门诊2007年4~8月处方进行随机抽查,对不合格处方按类别分科室进行统计。结果共抽查处方4666张,其中5~7月处方2571张,涉及门诊27个科室,其中不合格处方1561张,处方平均合格率约为39.28%。针对抽查过程中出现的问题,提出对策,加强监管力度,处方合格率在8月上升到80.78%,结论医师应认真加强学习《处方管理办法》,医院相关科室也应加强监管,规范处方的开具。 Objective To standardize the management of prescription,improve the quality of prescription, promote the application of drug reasonably and make sure the security of medical service. Methods Prescriptions of outpatient service from April to August in 2007 are spot-checked stochastically; the unqualified prescriptions are carried on statistics according to category and section office. Results Altogether 4 666 prescriptions are spot-checked,in which there are 2 571 prescriptions from May to July,involves the 27 section office of outpatient service,in which unqualified prescription 1561,the prescription average percent of pass is ap- proximately 39. 28%. Question appears which in view of the spot-check process in,hospital proposes the countermeasure,enhancement supervising and managing,the prescription qualified rate rises in August to 80. 78%. Conclusion Courtyard doctor should strengthen earnestly studies" Prescription Policing method", the hospital correlation administrative offices also should strengthen supervising and managing,standard prescription drawing up.
