摘要 目的 调查临床医学专业本科生对外科学双语教学的评价,并分析影响授课质量的相关因素。方法指定授课教员和教材,采取问卷调查方式了解学员对教材、教员和授课方式的要求,并在课后以理论知识考核的方法评价学员对所授课程的掌握程度。结果多数学员赞同使用原版教材和全英文幻灯授课,希望课堂英文讲解的比例为25%-50%,理论考核发现学员对知识点的掌握程度较中文授课略有下降。结论双语授课是目前阶段提高学员英语水平的必要手段,我们目前采取的分层次、多手段双语教学模式是可行的,学员和教员的英语水平、教材的选择和课时数的多少是影响授课质量的主要因素。 Objective To investigate the clinical medical undergraduates' evaluation of bilingual surgical classes, and analyze the related factors affecting teaching quality. Methods Questionnaire investigation was performed on the students to investigate the students' requirements of the teacher, teaching materials and mode of teaching. After class, a theory examination was given to some of the students. Results Most of the students approved of the original-version textbook and English slides, but they hoped that lecture explanation in English accounted for 25% to 50%. The results of theory examination showed that the students had a slightly poorer grasp of the knowledge than the traditional Chinese lessons. Conclusion Bilingual classes are a necessary method to improve students' English level, and our multi-level mode is feasible. The English level of teachers and students and teaching materials are important factors affecting the teaching quality.
