摘要
采用金相法研究了U-Nb合金中夹杂物的形状,大小和分布,利用扫描电镜(SEM)和俄歇电子能谱仪(AES)分析了U-Nb合金中夹杂物的化学成分。结果表明:U-Nb合金中夹杂物类型主要为铌、点状的UO2、极少量U的碳化物;绝大多数铌中含有Ta和C。
Shape, size and distribution of incusion in U-Nb have been observed by metally-raphic test, and composition of the inclusion have been analyzed by X energy spectrum and Auger electron spectroscopy(AES).The result showed that the mostly type of the inclusions in U-Nb alloy were Nb,UO2,and a small quantity of U-Compound. Ta and C were detected in a majority of Nb
