HY3包覆型涂层修复对DD3合金性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用真空电弧镀技术(ARC)在镍基高温合金DD3上制备了包覆型涂层HY3,通过化学方法完全退除基体上的涂层,用燃气热腐蚀试验、循环抗氧化试验来评价涂层的抗高温氧化、抗热腐蚀性能,并且通过高温持久、室温瞬时拉伸、高周疲劳等力学实验来评价涂层退除再涂覆后对基体合金的力学性能的影响,用SEM观察涂层退除前后表面形貌。结果表明,涂层经过去除再涂覆后,微观组织形貌基本不变;循环氧化寿命是原始涂层的97.9%,与原始涂层的抗热腐蚀性能相当,对合金的力学性能不造成显著影响。 HY3 overlay coatings have been deposited on the DD3 alloy substrate by arc vacuum spraying technology. The coatings were fully removed via chemical methods and recoated subsequently. The test of high-temperature oxidation resistance, thermal corrosion and mechanical properties for HY3 coatings were also conducted. The coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy before and after removing and recoating. The results show that the microstructures of the HY3 coatings have not any visible changes after the removing and recoating, and the HY3 coatings have an excellent high -temperature performance, of which the oxidation cycles are about 97.9% of that of the original coatings, and the hot corrosion resistance behavior is the same before and after the removing and recoating. Meanwhile the removing and recoating'process have no negative effects on the mechanics performance of the HY3 coating.
