摘要
政府是教育资源配置的重要主体,公共教育财政投入既要求追求效率,又要注重公平。目前,我国公共教育财政方面还存在一些问题,突出地表现为政府教育投入不足和公共教育资源分布不均。今后我国公共教育财政体制改革应注意加大投入力度,优化三级教育投资结构,完善转移支付制度,建立多渠道筹措资金等多个方面。
As we have theoretically analyzed, government is the main body of educational resource distribution and public educational finance investment should not only pursue the efficiency, but also attach importance to the equity. Nowadays, there still exist some problems in Chinese public educational finance： insufficient government investment and uneven public government distribution. In the future, Chinese public educational finance reforms must increase the investment amount, optimize the investment structure of ＂ the Three Stage Education＂, perfect the transfer payment system, and establish extensive educational financing channels.
