橡胶高压帽和橡胶楔子胶料的研究

Study on Rubbr Compounds of High Voltage Cap and Wedge for TV Set

研究采用硅橡胶制备彩色电视机用橡胶高压帽和橡胶楔子。探讨了阻燃剂体系和补强剂对胶料物理机械性能、阻燃性能和电性能的影响。结果表明，三氧化二锑／十溴联苯醚（ＤＢＤＰＯ）并用阻燃体系的阻燃效果较好，白炭黑用量以３～４份为宜。确定的橡胶高压帽和橡胶楔子胶料配方为：硅橡胶（混炼１５１型）１００；２，５－二甲基－２，５－双（叔丁基过氧基）己烷１；三氧化二锑２；ＤＢＤＰＯ４；白炭黑：在橡胶高压帽和橡胶楔子胶料中分别为４和３。

Silicone rubber compounds of high voltage cap and wedge for color TV set have been developed.The effect of flame retardant and filler on the physical properties,flame retardance and electrical properties is investigated.The results show that a good flame retardance is obtained with Sb 2O 3/DBDPO blend flame retardant system;3～4 phr of silica is adequate.The resultant formula is as follows:silicone rubber (151 mix type) 100;2,5 dimethyl 2,5 bis(tert peroxy) hexane 1;Sb 2O 3 2;DBDPO 4;silica 4 and 3 respectively for high voltage cap compound and wedge compound.
