摘要
建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定新疆玫瑰花中芦丁含量的方法。采用BDS HYPERSIL C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以0.2%冰醋酸-甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃,二级管阵列检测器,检测波长360nm。测定结果具有良好的线性(γ=0.9999)和重复性(RSD=1.94%),回收率为98.3%。该方法样品处理简单,测定结果准确度高,分离效果好。
A RP-HPLC method for the determination of rutin in Rosa rugosa Thunb. growing in Xinjiang was established. The rutin was separated on a BDS HYPERSIL C18 Column (250mm〉(4.6mm, 5μm) with 0.2% CH3 COOH-CH3 OH solution as mobile phase for gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min and column temperature of 25℃. A diode-array detector was used and the detection was at 360nm. The results has good linearity ( r=0. 9999 ) and reproducibility (RSD=1. 94%). The recovery is 98.30%. The method is accurate, the sample pretreatment is simple and the separation is good.
