固相微萃取-气相色谱法对人体气味提取器提取效果的研究

摘要 用气味提取器及直接吸附法分别提取人体气味,样品经70μm乙烯二醇-二乙烯基苯共聚物萃取头萃取,毛细管气相色谱分析,所得出的峰总数用SPSS13.0软件进行配对T检验,P=0.281>0.005,差异不显著。色谱图经色谱指纹图谱相似度软件分析,相似度大于91%。通过比较色谱指纹图谱8强峰及其面积,发现用气味提取器提取6min即可获得与直接吸附法提取30min相同的提取效果,而气味提取器对主峰物质提取的效果更好。 Human odour was collected by odour collector and direct absorption method, respectively. The collected samples were extracted with a 70μm CW-DVB extractor and then analyzed by capillary gas chromatography. The total peaks were tested by paired-samples T-test using SPSS13. 0 software. The results showed that there was no notable difference between two collecting methods ( P = 0. 281〉0.05). The chromatograms were analyzed by "similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint" software and the similarity was larger than 91%. Through comparision of eight strong peaks and their areas, it was found that collecting human odour for 6 min with odour collector had the same effect as direct absorption method collecting for 30 min, but the odour collector was more effective for collecting main peak substances.
