温脾清肠饮对溃疡性结肠炎患者血清细胞因子IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α的影响

EFFECTS OF WENPI QINGCHANG (WARMING SPLEEN AND CLEARING INTESTINE) LIQOUR ON SERUM IL-6,IL-8 AND TNF-αOF PATIENTS WITH ULCERATIVE COLITIS

目的:探讨温脾清肠饮对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者血清白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的调节作用。方法:60例UC患者随机分为两组分别采用温脾清肠饮、柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗。采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定两组患者治疗前后及20例健康志愿者的血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF -α水平。结果:两组临床疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。中药组治疗后血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平及西药组治疗后血清TNF-α水平与健康组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但西药组治疗后血清IL -6、IL-8水平仍高于健康组(P<0.05)。结论:温脾清肠饮治疗UC疗效显著,下调IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平可能是其治疗UC的作用机制之一。

To discuss the regulation effects of wenping qingchang (warming spleen and clearing intestine) liquor on serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αof patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups at random,the observed group was given wenpi qingchang liquor,control group was given SASP.Serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αwere determined by ELISA,20 normal persons were taken as blank group. Results:The curative effect of wenpi qingchang liquor was significant better than that of SASP group.The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin patients were obviously higher than normal levels,they were significantly lowered in wenpi qingchang liquor group,there was sig- nificant difference before treated and post-treated.The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in SASP group were higher than normal levels after treat- ed,there was obvious difference between two treated groups. Conclusion:Wenpi qingchang liquor can effectively treated ulcerative colitis,lowering IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αmaybe the part of its mecha- nism.
