The total development situation of domestic PVC industry in the first ten months of the year 2007 were described. The supply,demand and market situation of domestic PVC industry by the end of October 2007 were introduced. The current situation,raw material routes and corresponding state industrial policies were analyzed. It was regarded that the situation of macroeconomical policy had changed greatly and the PVC and caustic soda industry would reverse. Some prospects and consideration about the development of domestic PVC industry in the years to come were given.
