Theory on the Interphase of Crystalline Polymer and its Evidence

摘要 概述了Flory和Yoon由晶格模型出发。 The crystal-amorphous interphase in crystalline polymers has been discovered in recent two decades and has been received considerable scientific and technical attention. According to the lattice model, Flory and Yoon have confirmed that the interphase of a polymer exists in a crystalline polymer. The interphase in which order persists is predicted to be 1.0~1.2nm in thickness for PE. Compare the thickness with a crystal and an amorphous layeres, the values are not negligible. We intend to use a three phase model instead of a traditional two phase model of crystalline polymers. And on the basis of SAXS, NMR and Raman techniques etc., the fact as existence of the interphase has now been confirmed.
