摘要
对自制不同粒径范围的球形和纤维状Al2O3纳米粉在电镜(TEM)测试中颗粒的分散性进行了研究。以卵磷脂、油酸为表面活性剂,无水乙醇为溶剂进行试验,结果表明:当卵磷脂浓度为0.5%时,能得到颗粒之间无聚集、分散性良好的TEM照片。
The dispersive behavior of spherical and fibrous nanometer alumina particles has been studied with transmission electron microscope (TEM).Lecithin and oleic acid were used as surfactants,and ethanol was used as dispersant.Agglomeration of nanometer alumina particles can be eliminated, if lecithin concentration is kept at 0.5%.A possible dispersion mechanism is proposed.
