摘要
为探讨消瘀接骨散治疗骨折的作用机理,采用健康雄性家兔10只,用直接撞击法造成家兔左胫骨中段闭合性骨折模型,并随机分为2组。实验组外敷消瘀接骨散,空白对照组不用任何药物。以血液粘度和骨折肢体血流量为指标,观察消瘀接骨散对骨折肢体的血液循环的影响。结果显示骨折后14天实验组血液粘度明显低于空白组(P<0.05),肢体血流量明显高于空白组(P<0.05)。说明消瘀接骨散能够改善骨折肢体的血液循环,从而为骨折愈合创造良好的环境。
In order to explore the action mechanism of “XIAOYU JIEGU SAN”(XJS)(Powder for Blood Stasis and Fracture Healing),closed left middletibial fracture models were made by direct strike in 10 healthy male rabbits.Then the animal models were randomly divided into two groups:experimental and control groups.The former was treated with XJS externally applied,while the latter given no drugs. XJS influence on fracturedlimb blood circulation was observed with two indices:blood viscosity and fractured limb blood flow.The results showed that 14 days after fracture,the blood viscosity of the experimental group was remarkably lower (P<0.05) and the blood flow obviusly higher (P<0.05) compared with those of the control group,suggesting that XJS functions to improve the fractured limb blood circulation and thus create a better environment for fracture healing.
