基于PMP的岩芯样品裂缝三维重构方法 被引量:6

摘要 提出了一种对岩芯样品内部裂缝进行高精度三维重构的新方法。该方法运用相位测量轮廓术(PMP)测得岩芯两裂面的三维面形,利用高度信息提取两裂面的边缘轮廓,避免了传统的基于灰度信息提取边缘受背景和阴影的影响,采用相关度最值算法实现两裂面的轮廓匹配和高度匹配,以岩芯表面裂纹特征为基础获取了岩芯内部裂缝的宽度和体积,实现了岩芯裂缝的三维重构,三维重构重复精度优于20μm,为裂缝性油气藏开发中面临的裂缝预测提供了一种有效方法。实验证明了该方法的可行性和实用性。 A novel and more precise inner crack 3-D reconstructed method of rock specimens is presented. The two inner shapes of the crack are measured with phase measuring profilometry(PMP) ,and the boundary edges are drawn out by using height information instead of using the traditional method based on gray information to minimize the effect of background and shadow. The boundary matching and height matching are carried out with a algorithm due to maximum correlativity. Finally the inner width and volume of the crack are educed according to the fissure of a rock spedmen's outer surface,and the 3D profile of the crack is reconstructed with higher repeatability precision superior to 20μm, The proposed method is effective to evaluate the crack's width of rock specimens in the exploitation of petroleum and natural gas. The experiment shows its feasibility and practicability.
