The features of IEEE 802.15.3 high-rate WDPAN standard, such as physical and medium access control layers frame, physical layer modulation and coding techniques, receiver performance, are described in this paper. It presents the overview of high-rate WDPAN, application target, technical overview of medium access control, physical layers and system performance.
