摘要
采用原子吸收光谱法测定了7种凉茶中镍(Ni)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、铜(Cu)的重金属含量,并根据我国城市供水水质标准中重金属允许量标准评价其安全性。结果表明:7种凉茶中有4个品种中镍,2个品种中镉,1个品种中铅含量存在超标的可能性,铜的含量符合标准。建议我国尽快制订凉茶重金属含量质量标准,并加强对凉茶质量的监督。
The contents of heavy metals （nickel （Ni）, cadmium （Cd）, lead （Pb） and copper （Cu）） in herbtea were measured using atomic absorption spectrometry, and the security of herbtea was also evaluated according to the urban water supply standard of China. The results showed that some contents in herbtea exceeded the standard permission; whereas the content of Cu was up to the standard. We recommend that the standard of metal content in herbtea should be established as soon as possible, and strengthen the supervision to herbtea quality.
