摘要
文章从高校知识产权保护的意义及法律依据出发,探讨了高校知识产权保护的现状及存在的问题,并结合当前国内外形势,提出了加强高校知识产权保护、搞好高校技术创新的具体措施。
The article,from the significance of intellectual property protection in universities and legal basis, probes into its current situation and problems, and considering its situation at home and abroad, proposes some specific measures to enhance the intellectual property protection and improve technical innovation in universities.
