肾衰Ⅱ号方抑制慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠肾小管高代谢状态的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文旨在寻找延缓慢性肾功能衰竭进展的有效药物,观察了以温阳益阴,活血泻浊法组方的肾衰Ⅱ号方对CRF模型大鼠肾小管高代谢状态的抑制作用。结果表明该方可明显降低CRF模型大鼠血清BuN、Scr水平,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05~0.01);给药50d时,6h尿量与正常组比较无明显差异;且肾衰Ⅱ号方可明显增强红细胞SOD活性及对体外O_-自由基的生成有很强清除作用;具有明显改善肾组织损害的作用及改善CRF肾组织化学紊乱作用,由此推断肾衰Ⅱ号方具有抑制CRF肾小管高代谢状态的作用,可明显延缓CRF进程。 In order to search effective medicine to delay the development of chronic renal failure, the paper observed the inhibition effects of ShenShuai I which formulated by warming yang and nurishing yin activiating blood circulation and removing turbid factor on the hyper - metabolic state of renal tubules in rat with CRF. The results showed that the decoction could significantly decrease the levels of serum BUN and Scr in rat with CRF, there was obvious difference between treatmental group and control, (P<0. 05-0. 01), and the decoction could singificantly enhance the SOD activity of RBC and improve the damage of kidney and chemical disorder of kidney tissue. All these suggested that the Shenshuai fl could inhibite the hypermetabolic state and delay the development and CRF.
