鸡肉质性状主要相关基因的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 鸡肉品质是近年鸡遗传育种学家与营养学家研究的热点和难点。而利用候选基因策略寻找影响肉质性状的主效基因,应用于鸡的肉质改良,从遗传学的角度是可行的。本文综述了与鸡肉品质有关的基因:过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体基因(PPAR)、解偶联蛋白基因(UCP)、脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)、黑色素皮质素受体(MCR)和脂肪酸结合蛋白(FABP)的研究进展。
