摘要
D45型落下孔车轴数多,结构庞大,机构复杂,动力学仿真建模受软件解题规模的限制,常常只能建立半车模型。在进行D45型落下孔车曲线通过计算时,又需要考虑导向装置引起的车体心盘支撑的侧移效应。在半车模型上考虑这种车体侧移效应存在一定的困难。为了协调软件局限和仿真精度间的关系,文章提出了一种在半车模型中施加车体侧滚力矩的方法来模拟车体的侧移效应。计算结果表明,与常规方法相比,仿真结果更加接近实际情况。
The D45 well car has many axles, huge structure and complex mechanism. Due to the restriction by the software solution scale, usually only a half-car model can be established in the dynamics simulation model establishment. When the negotiation calculation is made for the D45 well car, it is necessary to consider the side displacement effect of the carbody center plate support caused by the guiding device. There is certain difficulty to consider the side displacement effect of the carbody on a half-car model. In order to coordinate the relation between the software limitation and the simulation accuracy, a method to apply carbody side rolling torque in the half-car model is put forward to simulate the side displacement effect of the carbody. The calculation result shows that the simulation result is more similar to the actual conditions comparing with the conventional method.
