河南省区试小麦品种(系)的品质性状分析与评价

Study on the Quality of Wheat Varieties Grown in the Henan Province Wheat Regional Trial

利用2004—2006年度参加河南省区域试验的小麦品种(系)的品质测定结果,对河南省小麦品种的品质性状、品质性状的年际变化及品质分类进行了分析。结果表明,参试品种的蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量整体水平较高;稳定时间多属中低类型,整体来看,品种间变异大于年际间变异。

Wheat quality characteristics, annual variation and quality classification had been analyzed by using Henan province regional trial material in the period of 2004-2006. The results showed that protein content and wet gluten were higher in general, the stability time was low or middle, variation among varieties were larger than annual variation in general.
