摘要 铸铁烘缸在生产使用中要产生冷凝水,冷凝水的运动随缸体的转动而运动,冷凝水的运动规律与冷凝水的量和烘缸转动速度有关,研究冷凝水的运动规律为我们正确选择排水系统提供了依据。本文采用流体工程仿真计算技术,以几种不同转速工况为例,说明流体运动计算机模拟是可行的,并可推广到包含相变的三维冷凝水运动全过程模拟。 The cast iron dryer in paper machine can generate condensate during the production. Condensate within the dryer will move with the rotation of the cylinder body and the law of condensate motion is relevant to the condensate quantity and the velocity of dryer rotation, thus the study on the law of condensate motion can serve as reference for the selection of drainage system. With several work conditions of different rotation speed as examples, fluid engineering simulation computing technology is used to show that the computer simulation of fluid motion is feasible and can be expanded to the simulation of the overall process of the three-dimensional condensate motion.
