Comparison of hot air stove design of No.5,6 and 7 blast furnace of WISCO

对武钢5、6、7号高炉热风炉系统的设计进行了比较分析。7号高炉热风炉对5、6号高炉成功的经验进行了全面的继承,并从设计角度对燃料、格子砖和送风系统作了相应的改进,使热风炉具备长期向高炉输送1 250℃以上高风温的能力。

The authors compare the design of hot air stoves of No. 5, 6 and 7 blast furnaces in WISCO. The hot air stove of No. 7 blast furnace is built on the basis of all successful experiences of hot air stoves of No, 5 and 6 blast furnace and are applied with modification with respect to the design of fuel, checker brick and air blasting system which make the hot air stove capable of consecutively supplying high temperature blasting air of 1250 ℃ to blast furnace.
